Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and upon request, will provide you with an itemized invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company directly to inquire about its reimbursement policy for out-of-network treatment.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, I am only offering telehealth sessions.
How do I know if therapy is right for me or my child?
Therapy can be beneficial if you or someone you love is experiencing emotional difficulties, mental health issues, or challenges in one's personal life. Signs that therapy might help include persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, relationship issues, or difficulty coping with daily life. If you’re unsure, a consultation with me can help determine if therapy is a good fit.

In our first session, I will ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your goals and for me to explain my approach and how I can help.
